I believe every birth has the potential to be as joyful, empowering, and memorable. My role as your doula is to create an atmosphere of support, calm, and confidence so you can focus on welcoming your baby in the way that feels right for you.
I meet you exactly where you are. Whether you want a home birth, a hospital birth, or something in between, I walk alongside you with encouragement, information, and hands-on care. I trust in the power of your body and your ability to give birth, and I help you lean into that trust too.
As a former medical professional, I also bring a unique perspective to the birth space. I understand medical language, procedures, and hospital systems, which allows me to communicate effectively with staff and help you navigate your options with clarity. I can bridge the gap between your desires and the medical environment so your voice is heard and respected.
At the heart of it all, my goal is for you to feel celebrated, supported, and deeply cared for throughout your pregnancy and birth.
Postpartum
$40 day / $50 night
The days and weeks after birth are full of change, tenderness, and new discoveries.
Postpartum is not meant to be navigated alone.
My role is to nurture you as you recover, adjust, and step into your new rhythm as a parent.
I offer practical and emotional support so you can rest, heal, and feel cared for while also gaining the tools and confidence you need to care for your baby on your own. Whether that looks like feeding guidance, answering questions, light household help, or simply holding your baby so you can take a breath, I am there to ease the load.
I also know postpartum looks different for everyone. Sometimes you may need reassurance, sometimes you may need space to process, and sometimes you may just need a nap. I adapt to what feels most helpful for you.
When our time together ends, my hope is that you feel supported, celebrated, and equipped to move forward with trust in yourself and your parenting.
